Feedback and Suggestions

How do we spend your money?

We fund items that children need such as backpacks, school supplies, shoes, socks and underwear, school clothes, rainwear and boots, sleeping bags, emergency medical supplies and related expenses.

We provide food and diapers and emergency assistance for newborn infants and children.

We also provide experiences that many children simply cannot afford: athletic fees,  scholarships for Camp Mendocino, after school activities including lessons in music, dance, drama and art. We help with academic needs such as field trips, tutoring, and books. We help with field trip fees, school photographs, tickets to special events, sports equipment and so much more.

We are the safety net that local schools and agencies turn to when their safety net has a hole that they cannot fill.

The requests we receive are as unique and diverse as the children who live on the coast.

What does your money buy?

These are a few examples of what we purchase with your dollars to assist and benefit the children of the Mendocino Coast.
