Family Food Pantry:
Our children's food pantry located
at the Fort Bragg Senior Center
helps children with nutrition when
schools are closed for summer
vacation.
Winter Warmth: Several
hundred sleeping bags and toys are
given at the holidays so children
can sleep warm on cold rainy, windy
nights.
Rain or Shine: Flannel
lined raincoats with hoods for over
40 preschoolers so they can play
outside when the weather is rainy or
cold.
Lights On: Help
with utility and rent deposits to
keep families from becoming
homeless.
Welcome to the World: Newborn
baby support ranging from car seats
to cribs and infant items.
Diaper
Locker:
Diapers for
newborns, infants and toddlers whose
moms have more love than money to
get through the month.
We Care: Rolling
duffle bags, sleeping bags, pillows,
pillowcases, stuffed animals, and
hygiene items for to children taken
into protective custody by Child
Protective Services social workers.
Camp Mendocino: Scholarships
to ten fun filled days of summer
camp at Camp Mendocino on the Noyo
River.
Back to School: Our
MCCF Store is created in a school
conference room providing shoes,
school clothes, backpack and school
supplies for 200 coastal children in
need.
Your Special:
Hygiene items (deodorant,
toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo,
conditioner, soap, combs, brushes
and little niceties that make a big
difference).
